Hotel Newen - Temuco

Cleanliness and helpful staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was excellent in helping me with my needs.

All was good.

The beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the location is conveniently near shops and restaurants. the hotel has air conditioning in some rooms, which is great for hot days. the rooms have very few amenities, but the breakfast is enjoyable.

The surrounding streets are not the safest during the night.

The bed was quite comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was great because it was very close to tourist attractions and public transportation. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was really tasty and diverse.

The room didn't have great lighting, as the only option was a bright and cold light. the shower wasn't practical as there weren't any racks to put your things.

The staff also responded quickly when we had a problem with the air conditioning and moved us to a new room. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions in the city center and provided easy access to transportation.

That the surrounding streets did not feel very safe at night, so we didn't feel comfortable going out after 8 pm. The lighting in the room was also a bit harsh and not ideal for unwinding in the evening.

The comfortable bed was a highlight. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in Temuco. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Delicious breakfast options. Good value for the price.
